About Heather

Heather is a licensed attorney (admitted in 2009) and the founder of 1852 Literary Agency. She previously established 1852 Media in 2016 to assist authors with book marketing before expanding into literary representation. A member of the Association of American Literary Agents (AALA), she sits on the boards of After Action—a non-profit supporting trauma survivors—and the Green Mountain Book Festival in Burlington, Vermont. She also serves as an elected Justice of the Peace in her Vermont town.
