An Aberdonian from the North East of Scotland, she holds a BA (Hons) in English from Edinburgh Napier University and a Master's in Children’s Literature from Reading University, where her dissertation focused on 'Howl’s Moving Castle' and 'Spirited Away'. Alongside agenting, she manages Zeno's translation rights.
