Laura Wood

Laura Wood brings over twenty years of industry experience as a publisher, buyer, editor, and agent. She holds a Master’s Degree in Publishing Studies from New York University, where her thesis focused on the market for serious trade non-fiction. Before agenting, she worked as Manager of Merchandising at Barnes&Noble.com (buying Science & Nature, Reference, Home & Garden, and SFF), served as Associate Publisher of Council Oak Books, and held roles at Crown's Harmony Books, Duke University Press, Columbia University Press, and Condé Nast (Vogue and Glamour).
